DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES

We offer free shipping all over Pakistan through Logistics providers. Deliveries usually take 3-4 business days. Please note that no orders are dispatched over the weekend or on gazetted holidays.

7 Days Return Exchange policy

If you wish to return the merchandise purchased online, you may do so in a period no later than 7 days from the day of purchase. You must deliver the merchandise in the same packaging in which you received it. To schedule a return, please contact us at info@shoppoint.pk in order for us to arrange the collection at your home address.

No exchange or return will be made for any products that are not in the same condition in which you received them, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.

No Return & No Exchange On Sale Item

There will be no exchange and return for any sale products.

Cancellation

The company holds the right to cancel any order in case of stock out.
